Honestly, its not the acct that got the issues. Its the your gmail, i did everything to help out but seems like your not trying to help yourself. Such problem wont be solved if your method is to shift the blame toward the acct that I have sold. Have to resort this coarst method since you not even bother to reply anymore to solve the problem 🤷
2 年前（已編輯）yeah whatever, i giving up because i keep trying solve the problem but seems like didnt work at all, its easy if i only know about first email and what first device making that genshin acc, so hoyoverse can help and changed the email. EVEN i try many methods gmail like changing phone number, OR contact service. its useless bruh still same issues, even the previous owner of this account doesnt reply my chats. Should i travel to US and fix the issues bout gmail? well yeah, just take my money n zip
