User should have decided before making a offer after checking through rental details. Cool off period was given & a check was made with user before the offer was accepted. A reminder the next day; mid day before the collection after work yielded a non-commital reply of “will let you know later”. was given. At the end of the day, the user backed out. A waste of time & effort with insincere renter.
