This customer is so rude. She bought my friend baju kurung (which is full lace[LUBNA BRAND]) and my friend didn’t realised there is small defect (cannot be seen actually). She make a big fuss! Eventhought we tried our best to make her happy but she refused to coorperate and she also treatened us to viral or refund. My friend agreed to refund n asked her to return but she refused n asked her money first. As online shopping policy, the buyer has to return before refund can be process 😌 Thank you
