Microwave defective and making a burning smell. Wish I also had a strap or box for carrying.

This microwave is working perfectly , I guess you are using the grill hence the burning smell. This microwave was bought over 1000hkd 3years ago . I have 3 requests per day to buy it. For the strap , i did my best since you wanted as soon as possible , actually you were not the one to carry as you used delivery guy. Maybe he is the one to damage it. Really dont appreciate such behavior, really easy to complain on the back with a phone .
