If the lift takes 3 minutes to travel down, best consider the stairs girl or seek resolution from HDB town council. Dangerous if need to evacuate in crisis.

Our deal time is 6.30pm, the buyer reached early, I went down from the top floor before 630pm but the lift took a little longer than usual and we reached at 6.33pm. I do not consider this as not punctual. Buyer paying by cash, shd have informed earlier as I did not go down with change/cash and buyer does not use paynow or paylah. Even if I go down with cash, I may not have the exact change as I won't know how much he is giving me for change.
