Buyer made an offer on the item about a month ago. When asked to transfer the money, he said he had exams so he would xfer later. That was about more than half a month ago. Buyer also took more than 10days to reply when asked if he was still interested in the item, and has not replied when i asked if he was gonna transfer, 2days ago. Complete waste of time. (will edit when buyer makes the transfer)
