Fast deal but if buyer is more accommodating on mailing cost will be better! With rising of wrapping cost, buyer must be willing to absorb full postage amount, to be fair for seller's profit.

Agreed on a deal. Backed out halfway through before meet up. Please decide wisely beforehand. Deal at your own discernment.

I’ve had multiple deals fail after buyers agree. I’ve had a deal agreed on for 3 weeks and a buyer back out 1 hour before a deal as they got a better offer. In life, as sellers, must understand that deals sometimes might get broken and not to get so upset over a failed deal. Nice meeting you!
