Item was listed as "Like New". The suede on the bag's front, back, and handle/strap is unsalvageable even with a suede brush and lots of TLC. The bag is very, very stiff and rough like it was put through the washer, whereas a new one would be soft like velvet. Completely not as listed and seller was unresponsive for days until Carousell Support emailed her to encourage a response. Expensive lesson learnt 🤞
