Concealed pipe was leaking and they managed to pin point the exact location of the leak. Even left me with the damaged pipe as a souvenir. 😂 Then patched and painted up the area like it was brand new. Overall great service by Jay and his team and highly recommended to solve leakage issues.

Found PMP waterproofing via Carousell and WhatsApp them. Jay responded promptly and came for site inspection. Price was reasonable with clear pictures of defects. Engaged them for additional works as they also provide Home restoration works. Happy with their professional, honest and reasonable service. Highly recommended and definitely engage them again.

Jay is an extremely helpful n energetic young man who came over to help me to check on the leak . He not only climb up the scaffolding to reach the 3 stories high wall to inspect for any sign of crack n possible leaking area, but he also used his drone to inspect my roof top n gutter area for sign of the leak.He has done an excellent job n I fully recommend him to anyone which has leak problem.

Jay and his team of 2 guys were solid, diligent and skilful. I like that Jay was detailed in his analysis and recommendations to my roofing issues. He was on site as PM and hands on as well.
