1st, the side board was in a perfect state. 2nd, the movers from Lalamove slightly dammage the edge of the furniture and she helped me to find a way to fix this. Fantastic communication. Thanks again

I sincerely apologise but things happen beyond my control and I was not able to be on time. Try to apologise and offer you something in return but was met with negativity instead.

She did not turn up for our meet up (which was arranged just the night before at a location convenient for her). I came early and waited for her and she only informed me that she had forgotten about our arrangement a few hours later after I left. Not “not able to be on time” as said here. It was for an item I was giving for free. She offered to buy me a drink which I had politely declined. I left a negative review which was deserved given the situation, and I get this unfair review in return.
