Hi Dear, the item is brand new and sealed. If you come and open the packaging to check and then decide not to buy, how am i able to sell to next buyer as brand new? And, i only specified not to open it in front of my house as it will dirty the corridor and neighbours will complain. Also, i paid $61 for this wheelchair brand new and selling it to you at $35 after you nego for another $5off. Maybe you might wanna buy brand new at full price next time for a buying experience that you desire? lol
