i am a first time carousel user. i confirmed 4 times with seller bed condition. each time, he would assure me it is in good condition. During pu k up, seller even showed me a photo that the headboard bloth came off and said could be due to dismantling. i thought it was minor, but after it arrived, i discovered the headboard is badly damaged. seller refunded partially to me, but i am badly shocked

the headboard is badly damaged and full of tape inside the headboard. it should not be for sale in the first place. very shock.

Bed was in working condition as per photo during posting, but issue was unfortunately found with the back of the head board only at point of dismantling and photos taken to inform buyer. In view of buyer’s feedback that initial plan to restore it couldn’t work and had to be discarded, full refund was given.
