Poor service and communication. The owner sent me a long list of T&Cs, which I agreed to. I made my arrangements early based on the agreed collection date, but was turned down on the very day I was supposed to collect the clothes. Very frustrating and disappointing. However, she did apologise, which I appreciate.

Hi Auni, thanks for the review. As per the long T&C, it was mentioned that BOOKING PAYMENT must be done 3 DAYS PRIOR to agreed pick up date. However, I did not receive any request for my bank details. You also did not ‘confirm’ the pick up date as you said you will & suddenly reached out last minute at night to pick up on that night itself. All in all as mentioned in the long T&C that you have supposedly read, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND RENTAL FOR PARTIES THAT DOES NOT COMPLY. Thanks

Superb seller. Seller was really friendly and helpful in helping to set up the item sold to me, making sure I knew how to use the device. Would definitely look forward to dealing with this seller again in the future!
