This buyer is a hopeless and uneducated lowballer who struggles to understand simple english. Despite telling this buyer repeatedly that I would not sell him my car (at a fraction of my listing price which he quoted), this buyer still spam me messages persistently. This person is literally a buyer from hell. Avoid at all costs!

This constitutes an acceptance (unconditional consent of the offeree to all the terms of an offer). This means that offeree has considered the offer. Consideration must be real. It must contain some value, however small.
