第一次比負評其他人。接近交收時間，買家話忘記攞電話要遲10分鐘，再話計錯交通時間要再遲多16分鐘，我趕時間無法再等，買家承諾黎緊兩天內一定會準時交收，但最後都係已讀不回。睇番紀錄，原來兩個月前佢曾經出價後失聯，唔買唔緊要，出句聲就可以，當時冇比到負評，但加埋今次失信後又再次失聯，忍唔住要比負評。比咗評價後先有回應，話要趕工程無時間交收，但之前又係佢自己承諾一定喺黎嘅緊兩日內準時交收，做唔到又唔出句聲，既冇交帶又冇誠信。今次就提議先付款後交收，但我對佢已失去信心，最終決定取消交易。買家強調先付款係想盡力解決問題，仲講到好似我唔接受就反而係我有問題，唔關佢事。完成交易固然重要，但信譽都好緊要，相信每位賣家都唔樂意同冇交帶又冇信用嘅人交易，買家破壞自己信譽在先，又點會唔關佢事呢？取消交易係理所當然，收負評係佢咎由自取，還想委過於人。最後買家惱羞成怒，爆粗惡言相向，咁就連品德都冇埋🤷‍。
