This was a case of buying from a shop with warranty vs an individual seller at the same price. PG Cameras have been good with their pricing, the Sony A7RIV is in pristine condition with low shutter count. Everything positive you read about Alan in the reviews is spot on – my experience was exactly the same! Alan replied quickly on chat, and the item was clean & well-packed. Just a heads up for other buyers: the shop is at Peninsula Shopping Centre, not Peninsula Plaza. So don't go to that wrong place like I did.
