LOL the nerve. Asked for the material composition of the sweater I bought. She said it’s 100% wool. Upon receiving, the sweater’s only 5% wool. Was able to return the item and get a refund but she did not reimburse me for the shipping fee I paid to get an item with an INCORRECT description. Not fair to have someone pay because of your mistake. Such a hassle.
