Made offer,i accepted, I advised him on payment,he acknowledged, then he kept quiet again,I asked for update on payment,end up he cancelled the deal saying overspent.

Buyer made offer and i accepted. Advised him on the payment mode. All the while i was the one who had to PM him everytime. End up he cancelled,saying overspent for the month. Least he could do was message me first regards to cancelling. Like making offers for fun. Not even an apology for having to cancel. Just simply say have to cancel. Oh well...plenty of people like him here.
