A decisive but unreliable buyer. After negotiating the price, send and confirm the purchase on 26th September, infd to pickup on 02/10. Send reminder to buyer the day before and ask for collection confirmation the very day. Did not reply till evening that he is unwell and asked to defer the collection till today (08/10) @ 1-2 pm. Yet no reply. From previous reviews, he has a series of such cases.

The buyer explanation is terrible. One could see when the person is online at Carousel. One day before the collection day, it seems the buyer goes to the website several times where I had sent a reminder to him about his collection time.

Hi afternoon boss sorry I just come out from NUH because I’m sick because of high fever Thks for ur understanding I told u already i in NUH i pass my hp to my wife i can’t use it when I come back i saw it than send it to u if u not happy i also can’t say anything what u write u feel better just do it i’m ok for it
