Buyer requested a refund after the item had already been sold and paid for. She remained courteous throughout, which I appreciate. However, processing the refund and reposting the listing was a hassle, especially as Carousell restricts relisting similar items once marked as sold. Overall, a polite buyer, but I’d suggest thinking it through before completing a transaction.

Dear buyer I said its like new. Didn't say its totally new. Its not been worn out. The few words got off a little as my helper iron on it without knowing that that word will melt. Even the label is still readable. No spoilt area and no holes too. And I'm selling a fraction of it, as I bought it close to sgd100.
