Product was stated as brand new, unopened. Brought it home and found out that it was very used - there were scratches, fingerprints everywhere on the product. Seller offered a refund, but I had to waste time and cab fare travelling back and forth to the location. Needless to say, was really disappointed overall.

We do offer full refund and return for each and every one of our products. Please do understand that all items to be returned, are under your own accord, we dont force our customers to take the cab if they dont have to. If this was metro and you had to return the item, metro wont come to you for a refund. You have to be understanding as a customer as well in order for us to have a proper transaction, however we did refund you your money in full amount immediately. Thank you for your review :)
