I bought lovet's serene dress from this seller, trusting this purchase based on the 125 five star good reviews she has but the item i received (listed as like new) was not in good condition as shown in the pics (furring and stains). The defects were not communicated to me. The item is very damaged and nowhere like new. She was v unresponsive in addressing this and refused to give a full refund...

Update : Seller does not think she did anything wrong and is blaming me for her mistake and refusal for refund. This seller has no conscience and has gone back to ignoring me, feel free to txt me in my listing for more details & pics and do NOT hesitate to report her too if you've been cheated by her P.S she didnt use tape at all for packaging, polymailer was open and item was held in by a flap
