I had genuinely apologised for your experience back then. Waited another 2 days to make fixed time appointment. It was a human error to miss your message that day during collection, I never intended any trouble or inconvenience to the Carousell buyer. However, I got 3 stars for this revoked deal.. not sure what else could have done better to fix that day :) Thank you!
