made an offer & was accepted.after answering her queries, she did not reply anymore. ok lng po if ever u change ur mind, just inform us wala pong problema, rather than seen zone na lang kmi.

next time po don't make an offer. hnd po basehan ung dlawang tanong or ilan pa kahit maraming pang tanong kung hnd kukunin wala rin po kming magagawa, the fact na ng offer po kayo ma'am. 12 years na po kayo sa carousel basic etiquette dpt alam mo po. & y we need 2 assume? were doing business here. hnd po kmi manghuhula. simple "pass" lng po that's the indication na tapos na.
