Flat out liar and cheat! Claimed items were brand new, they were not (all opened, some were missing manuals). I tested ONE OF THEM, only to find out the entire batch was for Russian market. He did not declare this at all before deal, otherwise no one would buy obviously. You're holding $240 from goods that don't work, but dare say I'm the scammer? Why don't you report me to police too? Btw you also lied to the police that you offered assistance when you ignored me instead. Good luck with that.
