while seller was quick in responding to my queries, it would have been better if seller checks on the condition of the stroller (noted tt item was listed a year ago). I dismantled the inserts of the stroller only to find out that the safety belt has been torn into half, which will compromise the safety of my child. Description of item could be more accurate, pls.

As you noted, the listing is one year old. Stroller is even older and it would have got rusted / worn-out over time. I had both mentioned on chat as well as given you ample time and opportunity to inspect for yourself. The item was accordingly priced at throwaway price of $25 (new would be worth >$200). You can return the stroller and am happy to refund your monies. Though shocked to see your undue harsh public feedback for an almost free item before even first discussing the remedies with me.
