We discussed and agreed to the time and location for the deal. Seller suddenly asks me to transfer him first just before the meet up and when I said I don’t feel comfortable to transfer the money first (not part of what we agreed to) , seller cancels and Mia. Seller went back on his word and the agreed upon deal as per screenshot. Quite dodgy behaviour , potential scammer (screenshot attached)

Seller consistantly chooses to ignore my depo refund requests with seen. Sent a $50 sgd deposit for a gpu but later found out it was not compatible with my setup. Instead of refunding, seller just told me to go 'buy water cooling' to make gpu compatible then and then ignored me totally after. Reported to carousell support and police. Blackmailing and rude seller who is willing to steal money
