Dear Madam, First of all, i accepted your offer on the 17 Aug. On the same day. After the accept acceptance, you did not inform us that you not decide to buy. Causing us rejected another buyer from KL. And you did not reply us until I queries you on the 20 August and I has been waiting you from 17 to 20 August. Thanks for the clarification. But the root cause of the problem is you did not inform immediately.
