Seller was very nice and genuine , allowed nego and free mailing, but unfortunately the item was not true to picture. Listing shows outer plastic seal but item came without it although inside was still sealed. Wouldn't have minded if it was for personal use but unfortunately this was supposed to be gifted and its hard explaining the lack of plastic seal. Seller did apologise for the oversight.

As mentioned, I really have no idea why the seal was removed. It might have been someone else in the household or possibly the postman to check the item. I took the picture of the item and posted it and never touched the item again until I mailed it out to you. I think it’s pretty unfair that you left me 3 stars when the bottle was still sealed on the inside and as mentioned, you can tell from expiry date that I only had JUST bought the item and never opened it.
