he did tell me he wanted the pair of shoes i was selling at half the price ($10) i listed it for, accepted the deal but backed out of it the next day.

I sincerely apologise for that..I was viewing other shoes and did not know that others were selling at a cheaper rate :(

Just to clarify, I did not cancel your meetup. I have checked through repeatedly and ensured that my schedule was available for you. In return, you came up with an imaginary number which did not exist and claimed that I called you with this number to cancel the meetup. Seriously, I wouldn't have mind if you had replied within a week, but replying after 5 weeks? I'm sure every logical person would sure suspect a thing about you as a buyer. Making up a story and blaming others, won't get you far
