Deal was fast. However, description was far from accurate. When received, few keys had sunk in and there were algae on the top of the piano when it was opened, different from the picture. Tuner came and said most strings were broken with 9 keys to be replaced. Tuner also found termite eggs in the piano. It was a disappointing experience. Be careful when dealing with seller.

Thank you for the feedback. 1. Buyer should have came down to check on the condition of the product before buying, but didn't. 2. It doesn't justify for a buyer to expect a brand new piano at a super low price - the price was negotiated to a lower price and slashed further as buyer wanted me to share the amount for the transport 3. Spoilage through transportation shouldn't be on seller as well. Final Note: Although transaction was fast, buyer expectations weren't realistic.
