Buyer with slow respond who offer few items and kept saying will collect but never honor his/her words to arrange collection .

Rude buyer who kept delaying the arranged meet up time and even had the audacity to demand a lower price upon meet up n tried to cancel the deal. Recommend all sellers to beware of his rudeness.
