Had a displeasure because theres a missing plank to complete the installation for one of the drawers. was told that the missing piece is with him and asked us to come and pick it up and drove there AGAIN. I was taken aback that he told us to bear the cost for lalamove as well just because the table only cost us Rm100 (the selling price). Unreasonable and did not apologize. please. do better.
