Very prompt in communication which is very important. I wasn't able to be at location during the move out cleaning period, so I setup number lock for one clean to access and lock up the unit at job completion. Throughout the process, one clean send me updates with images on the progress. My 72 yo usually grumpy and demanding American boss is very happy and pleased with the job done. Well done!

Thanen and his team were excellent! I couldn't ask for a more responsive and professional team. Extremely reasonable prices.Please consider adding on deep floor cleaning to your already impressive list of services. Highly recommended!!

Very responsive, on time and price is reasonable. Engaged them for a post Reno cleaning. We were not present, and allowed them to go in and clean the place themselves But they kept me updated on the progress with pictures on WhatsApp. Highlight defect areas that needed touch up. Very happy with the service.
