Sold me an item that wasn’t as described, instead of receiving a mini bag, I received a micro bag as the size of the bag wasn’t a mini. Seller claimed she got it as a mini and sold as a mini and didn’t provide any resolution. Bag also came slightly squashed in the mail as there was no stuffing in the bag.

Doesn’t think it makes sense to compare the bag that I sell vs another ‘same’ model that you’ve gotten from another brand. What’s more - I’m not even a bag manufacturer. Anyways, measurements are indicated in the listing yet you’re intolerant to even an immaterial variance. Bag was packed in a box before courier. If you think it’s squashed, take it up to the courier company la wei. Highly suggest you go get the real deal from the Hermes store and remember to bring your measuring tape along.
