Buyer is unreasonable and offensive. She did not read my listing details which states that all my products are preorder items.I already placed her order and she wants to cancel but they have already shipped out. She thought it was ready stock even though ALL MY LISTINGS say that items are PO. don’t blame others for your own mistakes. Rude as well even though we apologized though it’s not our fault

U were very rude from the beginning not once did u mention that it was preorder and it was not even in the heading of the item. My fault for transferring you payment so quickly. If you were so sincere before accepting payment you would have mentioned pre order hot after receiving the money and moments later saying ooops preorder just placed the order cannot refund
