IGC In Good Company Japanese Denim Anna Dress
S$129
Paid 800 SGD for this Snoo, seller advertised it as like new. After a short period it stopped working. Contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed there was an issue with the unit ( proof below) and it was not safe for use with an infant. Contacted the seller, who did not want to discuss even a partial refund even after sharing the email evidence and safety concerns with her.

A brief demonstration cannot reveal a fault with the internal mechanism. After noticing irregular movements, we immediately contacted the manufacturer. They confirmed the movement as abnormal, and not safe for an infant and cannot offer repairs. I contacted the seller to find a resolution, but she has chosen not to engage, with me on this matter. I remain open for a fair resolution.
SNOO Smart Sleeper Bassinet Crib
S$800
The snoo was clearly listed as secondhand, steam-cleaned and sold as-is per buyer’s inspection before purchase. It was tested, fully functional during my ownership and tested before handover. As a new mum myself, I would never sell something unsafe that I had used with my own baby. The buyer engaged 3rd party movers and only requested a refund a month after. While I understand the frustration, I cannot reasonably be held responsible for issues arising after the item left my care.
