Very good buyer, fast transaction

This buyer is a time waster. He sent me multiple messages enquiring about an item that was sold as not in working condition. I told him what is likely to be wrong with it. He agreed to collect and offered me less than half my original asking price, which is still agreed to. At the time of collection, he didn’t turn up but instead texted me to guarantee a non-working item. Ridiculous.
