Seller advertised her shawl as Like New with no defect/pullthread. Item arrived with lots of defects. She did not responded to any of my messages after that, clarified nothing, and ignored me to arrange for return. Luckily I bought via Carousell protection and they refunded me after 10 days.

Seller kabut like a rotten brat. Dah aniaya orang, lepas tu fitnah pulak. There is room for negotiation if she responded to my messages but no she chose to slander me now. By the way free gift 2ml room mist engko tu aku tak hadap la.

I dah fully checked the tudung before post out. Takda pull thread langsung. Takkan lah i sengaja buat before post out plus i beli tudung tu direct from duck and pakai sekali je after beli. Mustahil pull thread sebanyak tu. You beli RM125 siap tudung, box, card, ribbon and free gift new duck room mist lagi. I tak respond sebab i tak nak entertain fussy buyer. You pushed me untuk post out your tudung, lepas dapat tudung complain pula. Mind you, i tak pernah miss check every item before post out.
