Above and beyond

The item was received very soon but after using once only, the outer layers started peeling and was dirtying everything around. Seller must have kept the item for a long time causing this to happen every though the item was indeed brand new.

Seller sincerely did partial refund which I think is reasonable. Appreciate the effort on the seller’s part.
