The fan appears to be used, as evidenced by the marks on the charging cable, even though the seller advertised it as brand new. I would not recommend dealing with this seller, as the item was misrepresented. Even for a low-cost item, honesty is important.

I asked the seller about the item before meeting up, and he confirmed that the fan was brand new. However, the fan had clearly been used. The seller should not have described it as brand new if it was not.

The item was brand new out of the box, and I let the buyer inspect and test it thoroughly before completing the purchase. The fan, cable, and all included accessories were present and working perfectly. The only issue was a slight crease on the cable’s packaging box, which does not affect the condition or performance of the fan in any way. I’m therefore unsure why the item has been described as “used.”
