Requested a partial refund of ₱900 equivalent to the actual price of the item WITHOUT RETURNING the ring. FREE shipping pa nga eh. The item was already altered before I was informed. When i mentioned the need for a clear unboxing video, aba nagRant irereport daw ako, standard policy many SELLERS follow to ensure fairness. Offered reasonable solutions. Item I bought arrived with the gemstone loose and it completely fell off minutes after receiving it—without even wearing it. Seller initially agreed to a partial refund, then changed terms and required an unboxing video (not mentioned in listing or chat). She offered to fix it but with shipping at my expense. I stayed respectful but had to cover the repair myself to avoid more hassle. Never got a refund. Be careful of this seller.
