After Disappointing me for changing his mind from an agreed price, later PM me asking to go on with the deal, after offer expired, i changed my offer now he leaves me a 1star Review even though the deal did not happen because of him. Why leave a review just decline lah Gaaad!

You asked for additional $50 discount AFTER we had agreed the price just because you wanted to use a $35 collection service. I refuse to do business with someone who uses such underhanded tactics. I offered it to you a second time, telling you that I am in financial difficulties, but you chose to low ball even further.
