I understand your disappointment and I apologize! I would appreciate if you reach out to me first before giving a 2 stars right away because it is not fair. Like what I said, I did not notice that one button is missing because I know that they are complete since the item is good as new. We could have some amendments only if you waited, I will not run away from you. You can read all my reviews and you can tell by those what kind of buyer/seller I am. Just sad you are quick to judge.
