Din received my item since I made payment on 6 Nov till now.. Mentioned will show me pic of posting proof but yet to receive any from her. Din bother to update me or check whether have I received my item. My 1st time encounter with such a seller. Won't recommended tis kind of seller.

Purchased an eyeshadow from the seller. Did not receive picture proof as promised and did not receive reply after I asked for a refund. So disappointing! Would not recommend this seller at all.

Item did not received after 7 days. No prove of goods packed..dont know what to do now :( still havent received 26 march.paid on 14 march...finally i received today on 28 march. :)

I’ve done my part by mailing out and have already told u there might be a delay in the mailing process bc I mailed it before the weekend. Already stated I’m not responsible for lost normal mails in my bio. I’m not working in singpost and I’m not the one who is sending ur item, so don’t demand from me to get ur item at ur letterbox right away. I was nice enough to offer free normal mail for a heavy item. Opt and pay for registered postage in the future if u want to track ur parcel and get it fast
