placed order with seller on 2nd April, and only learnt that she could ship from 15th after making payment. tried to be understanding to her needs, so agreed to wait till then. after 15th, waited and checked in with her for another wk, but seller was still unable to ship out due to 'personal reasons', so we called off the deal. refund was made promptly.

It clearly states MAILING START FROM 15th not ON 15th, I don't know who is being unreasonable I AM SO TIRED !!Because I'm not in Singapore, I sent the card to my friend and she helped me mail it, and if you wanted a refund you have just told me in the first place instead of sending me a bunch of useless words every day
