Made offer then gave a lower price thereafter.

My item stated $20, buyer made an offer on 11Apr for $15 but I rejected. Buyer immediately made offer $20 and stated require on 13Apr and I accepted. However, buyer did not reply until 13Apr that he/she is already at chalet (which is irrelevant. Should have just reply that he/she don't need my item anymore). I then asked her whether she made offer for fun but did not receive a reply. Very irresponsible.
