This guy First made offer and said he will buy and later after few hours he cancelled and say he cant buy.. i don't like deal with this person.

There were no transaction made at all. Buyer made an offer, i have accepted it and item was automatically on reserve, came back to me few days later to cancel the offer, buyer found a better deal.
