Secured and safe packaging by seller, laptop received in one piece. But once I boot the laptop all the laptop driver are gone. Spend a night to setup the laptop and found out the nvidia gpu has malfunctioning with error '43' which usually caused by hardware problem. Had to disable the gpu in bios to prevent the laptop from crashing. But what can you expect from a RM 200 laptop lol.
