Sold him a shrinked mega dream box and he asked for a refund despite checking the box condition, showed proof that the box was indeed real and that the issues was caused by shipping which left a small little perforated tear in the box which he insisted was the reason to the box being reshrinked, i have evidence that the box was bought from a japanese supplier and he still insisted on a refund
